I endeavour to ensure that all my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, I understand that on rare occasions, something may not work out as planned.
Unfortunately, I am unable to refund commissioned artwork due to the customised nature of these products. I do offer progress updates where customers can provide feedback before the finished product is dispatched.
Originals / prints / gifts
If you are unhappy with your purchase of non-personalised products, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase to inform me that you would like to cancel your order, quoting your order number and reason for return.
You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to me in the original packaging. I recommend signed for delivery to ensure a safe return.
Return postage costs
The customer must cover the cost to return the item unless it is faulty or not as described.
